Trout Fishing - Day Ticket (4 fish) £17.50/Evening Ticket £10.00
All fishing is with fly from boats only (4 are available seating 2 persons,
sharing may be required). Buoyancy aids are available on request. The
lake is rich in food, imitative flies proving to be most consistently
effective.
Rainbows
of 1.5lb+ are stocked regularly and any smaller are believed
wild. Anglers are asked to return them to help preserve their
genetic identity. Our fish are a lean, active, hard fighting
stock and many have grown on offering superb sport. Browns are
all wild and mostly small though large fish are present, such
as perch and eels. A rod licence is required in addition to our
own hotel permit. We are open all year for fishing and also provide
that extra hotel service - cooking your fish while you get changed
for dinner. We also have two tickets (residents only) to fish
the Dolgellau Association waters for trout, sea trout and salmon.
